From Monday 14 December to Thursday 17 December, all Year 12 students are expected to attend online subject review appointments with a teacher from each of their subjects. These individual conversations provide an important opportunity for students and teachers to discuss progress so far, review achievement and engagement, celebrate strengths, identify areas for development, and agree on the steps needed to remain on track for success this year.
Parents and guardians are welcome to attend these appointments alongside their young person.
Following each conversation, students will complete a short reflection in their Action Log, considering:
* What did I do well?
* What do I need to improve?
* How exactly will I improve?
These reflections help students focus on their next steps and will be revisited later in the year to review progress and identify any further support that may be needed.
